The House

Llanlliana House is truly luxurious. With everything from underfloor heating throughout the ground floor and every bathroom, to relaxing whirlpool baths, private balconies and romantic four poster beds. Beautiful period details combine with an abundance of modern technology. Featuring three dishwashers, ample fridges and a gorgeous cranberry range cooker, ideal for cooking up family favourites.

There’s Wifi, bluetooth speakers and ample games for lazy days in. Or there are the large, landscaped gardens that are ideal for kids to play football whilst the adults take on a game of croquet on the terrace.

The Hallway

The period entrance hall at Llanlliana House is a two storey vaulted space. With heated Welsh slate floors, Neo-Georgian staircase and feature slate inglenook with log burning stove.

The Kitchen

The Kitchen combines both farmhouse charm with period detailing. Providing a traditional cooking space with all modern comforts. The dual fuel range cooker combines the efficiency of two fan ovens with the convenience of a 5 point gas hob. The kitchen is equipped with two dishwashers, two integrated under counter fridges and a larder fridge. Ideal for stocking fresh  local fare.

The breakfast table seats up to six in a bay window, which commands stunning panoramic views of the surrounding landscape. French doors in the bay window open out onto the front slate patio and lawn offering alfresco dining options for sunny summer days.

The Pantry

Just off the kitchen the pantry offers extra cupboard storage for dry foods with a utility sink, a large catering oven, drinks fridge and a freezer. Its also home to the Ninja Air Fryer, coffee machine and other essential kitchen gadgets!

The Snug

The Snug is a cosy period sitting room reached through double glass doors off the kitchen. The bay window provides stunning views of the surrounding countryside, flooding the room with natural light. With seating for seven on comfy leather chesterfield sofas, a variety of books and a flat screen smart TV, the snug is the ideal room for chatting and relaxing in front of the open fire.

The Dining Room

As the celebration room of the house, the dining room features huge chunky oak tables that seat up to twenty, an open fire and a heated oak floor. Additionally, three bay windows provide fantastic elevated views of the Dinas Gynfor headland. The beautiful period detailing in the coving and ceiling roses that combined with the high ceiling gives a real sense of space. Creating the perfect place to relax, laugh and enjoy good company over a delicious meal.

A bar is located at one end of the dining room and is well stocked with glasses from champagne flutes to whisky tumblers. The oak bar is practical with an integrated dishwasher, drinks fridge and bar sink all hidden within a period oak dresser. The bar area also has a lounge space with tub chairs. Ideal for card games or cocktail tasting. At the end of a sunny day, step through the huge glass doors onto the slate patios and take a five minute stroll down the garden to the cove. Perfect for sundowners on the beach.

The Lounge

The Lounge offers a large comfortable space for everyone to relax together. The double doors open onto the wrap around terrace with stunning views over the gardens and surrounding countryside. With seating for 14 on our large comfy leather sofas , a 42 inch flat screen smart TV, and a selection of board games, the lounge is the ideal room for some family time watching a film, playing a game or simply chatting and relaxing in comfort.

Family Bathroom

A stylish Georgian period washroom. Fitted with a beautiful double ended slipper bath, period rain shower, traditional high level WC and basin. The travertine floor is underheated and the ceiling is vaulted with skylights flooding the room with natural light. What’s more, Llanlliana’s own spring supplies the house with pure filtered mineral water to both drink and bathe in.

The Games Room

The Games Room is on the first floor with a balcony enjoying stunning views over the countryside. Kick back and play a game of pool on our slate bed pool table or quicken the pace with some table football. Our games room offers something for everybody to enjoy!

The Boot Room

The Boot Room is convenient utility space. Housing a large double utility sink, tall freezer, washing machine and tumble dryer. In addition, there’s a number of coat hooks and boot space and accessed via the back door. Making it an ideal place for drying wet or muddy clothes and boots after a walk. The underfloor heating makes it a perfect space for dogs to bed down in comfort and warmth.

The Ground Floor Shower Room
