From a derelict crumbling farmhouse…
Our passion for the sea is what brought us to the very Top Of Wales. Having spent time on the Isle of Anglesey studying Ocean Science, we fell in love with the dramatic landscapes and unforgettable coves that make up the North Wales coast.
After discovering a long abandoned farmhouse in real need of rescuing, we set off on the long road to renovation, setting up home in a static caravan for 2½ years whilst work took place!
…to a stunning holiday destination.
We are committed to being true to the local area, sourcing quality resources from local suppliers. From stunning Welsh slate to stone from an Anglesey quarry, preserving the farmhouse’s rustic features was crucial for us.
The result is a sympathetic renovation, with underfloor heating, ensuites and beautifully decorated bedrooms. Llanlliana House comes with all the features you’d expect from a luxurious country home.
A true labour of love
Once completed, we were ready to open the doors of Llanlliana House to our long awaited guests in 2010. From family celebrations to VIP visits, Geologists to Yoga Gurus, Walkers to Paddleboarders. We’ve welcomed a variety of different groups who share our passion for North Wales.
Knowing that countless happy memories have been made is why we do what we do. I’ll never forget our first guests, little cousins all running and playing in the gardens we’d created, just magic! With its stunning surroundings, it’s unsurprising that Llanlliana House has since featured on TV for the BBC and S4C respectively.

Our brand new Ty Glas Beach House promises the perfect beach retreat, with high quality furnishings and charming features guaranteed to create the perfect self catering break.
Professional Self Caterers
We both work full time running our properties with our awesome small team. We are members of PASC (The professional association of self caterers) and follow all the up to date guidance and relevant regulations.
We do everything involved in the business ourselves, from cleaning to marketing, maintenance to bookkeeping and all the admin that goes with running a small business. This means we can keep our standards very high and we continually look to improve everywhere we can.
Personal Customer Service
Our guests benefit from the fact that hosting is our full-time job, ensuring that we are always available and genuinely care about your needs. Marketing ourselves to take direct bookings means you have a much better level of personal customer service than through an agent that has perhaps never visited the property.
Every booking has a WhatsApp group with us for superfast comms, essential when organising a ‘big do’. We are delighted with the wonderful reviews our guests so often leave us and find it extremely rewarding to be able to host some very special occasions and get togethers.
